REFUND POLICY

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least four (4) hours before the reservation time.

  • Reservations canceled within four (4) hours are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • Late arrivals do not extend reservation times.

  • The Club reserves the right to reschedule or cancel reservations due to equipment failure, maintenance, safety concerns, weather events, or unforeseen circumstances.
