1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Club website, booking simulator time, purchasing products or services, or entering the premises of The Club LLC (“The Club,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or services.

2. Business Information

3. Reservations and Bookings

  • Reservations are subject to availability.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Reservation times are available in 30-minute increments.

  • Customers may reserve up to two (2) hours per booking.

  • Maximum occupancy is four (4) guests per simulator bay.

  • Reservations are non-transferable unless approved by management.

4. Payment Terms

The Club accepts the following payment methods:

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • Maestro

  • Mastercard

  • Visa

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Reservations canceled at least four (4) hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than four (4) hours before the reservation time are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • Late arrivals may use the remaining reserved time only. Additional time will not be provided and no refunds or credits will be issued for missed time.

6. Gift Cards and Promotional Codes

The Club may offer gift cards, promotional codes, discounts, or special offers from time to time.

  • Promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly stated.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

  • The Club reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

7. Facility Rules and Guest Conduct

Guests agree to comply with all posted rules and staff instructions while on the premises.

Footwear Requirements

Metal spikes, baseball cleats, or any footwear that may damage turf or simulator surfaces are prohibited.

Food and Beverage Policy

  • No outside food or beverages are permitted.

  • Alcohol purchased off-premises may not be brought into the facility.

  • Alcohol service is subject to all applicable laws of Texas.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Violating any local, state, or federal laws

  • Providing false information during reservations or purchases

  • Damaging or tampering with equipment or property

  • Unsafe or reckless use of simulator equipment

  • Throwing clubs, balls, darts, or other objects

  • Bringing illegal drugs, weapons, or hazardous materials onto the property

  • Excessive intoxication or disorderly conduct

  • Harassment, threats, or fighting

  • Smoking or vaping inside the facility

  • Unauthorized access to restricted areas

  • Interfering with reservations, systems, or technology infrastructure

  • Unauthorized commercial photography or solicitation

  • Bringing pets other than lawful service animals

  • Sharing memberships or reservations without authorization

The Club reserves the right to refuse service, terminate reservations without refund, remove guests from the premises, suspend memberships, and/or contact law enforcement when necessary.

8. Minors

Minors are permitted only when accompanied by an individual at least sixteen (16) years of age.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety of minors under their supervision.

9. Assumption of Risk

Participation in golf simulator activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

  • Injuries caused by swinging golf clubs

  • Struck golf balls

  • Slips, trips, or falls

  • Equipment malfunctions

  • Injuries caused by other participants

By using the facility, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

10. Liability Waiver and Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, guests release and hold harmless The Club LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from use of facility, website, simulator equipment, or participation in activities, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

All participants may be required to sign a separate waiver before participation.

11. Property Damage

Customers are financially responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, reckless conduct, or violation of facility rules.

The Club reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for repair or replacement costs where permitted by law.

12. Right to Terminate Sessions

The Club reserves the right to terminate any session, remove guests, or refuse service for unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct without refund.

13. Lesson Packages and Memberships

Lesson packages offered through instructors may be subject to separate terms and conditions established by the instructor.

The Club reserves the right to modify membership or package offerings at any time.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on The Club website, including logos, branding, graphics, photos, text, and software, is the property of The Club LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

15. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Upload malicious software

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

16. Privacy

Use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Club LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or facility.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Texas.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Alpine.

19. Changes to Terms

The Club reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or facility constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
